If you are thinking about hypnotherapy, counselling, CBT, EFT or any other treatment on offer but are uncertain what it is going to be like, then I invite you to come along for a free assessment consultation , not only to discuss your problem, but also to answer ANY questions you may have.

It is extremely important that you are comfortable and trust the person your therapist!

My relaxed, understanding approach will help to put you at ease, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about what you can expect, or how I can help you.

Please make sure that you specify that you are booking a FREE ASSESSMENT only, so that I book the appropriate time. It is possible to book your session so that if you are happy we can go ahead and do a full session immediately.
